The Tent of Meeting

The first time God spoke to us about raising up the ‘tent of meeting’ was back in September 2002. We were attending a conference in Charlotte, North Carolina. During one of the meetings Bonnie Chavda (All Nations Church) prophesied that she had seen a vision of me in their Friday night intercession (The Watch of the Lord), and the word God gave her was Amos 9:11.

"In that day I will restore David's fallen tent (tabernacle). I will repair its broken places, restore its ruins and build it as it used to be, so that they may possess the remnant of Edom and all the nations that bear my name." Amos 9:11-13

It wasn’t until April 2004 that the Lord began speaking to me again about the tent of meeting in a series of visions and angelic visitations. One night as I was praying about the direction the Lord would have me go, I had a vision of what looked like a ‘house of God’ where His presence had been deposited. The place seemed to be filled with the Lord’s glory, like the revival church in Toronto. I could see in the vision that this was a place where people would come and seek the Lord, from many nation.

The Harp of David


On another occasion as I was praying in my car (whilst parked at the beach), the presence of God flooded the atmosphere and I had the sense to give myself to the Lord as a living sacrifice. I had the real understanding that this was an important moment between God and myself where He would give me His instructions. As I prayed, I saw a vision of a golden harp being released from heaven. It was not until later that I understood that this experience released an anointing over our ministry called the harp of David.

“And so it was, whenever the spirit from God would come upon Saul, that David would take a harp and play it with his hand. Then Saul would become refreshed and well, and the distressing spirit would depart from him.” 1 Samuel 16:23

Isaiah 35


In August as I was praying one morning, I asked the Holy Spirit to quicken me with His River of Life, as I did I began to see a vision of His River flow from the throne. I also saw a chapter of scripture floating in the waters of the river. It was ‘Isaiah 35.’ After reading this I discerned that God was releasing the promise of Isaiah 35, which would become a part of the anointing of the ministry...

The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them,
And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose;
It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice,
Even with joy and singing.
The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it,
The excellence of Carmel and Sharon.
They shall see the glory of the LORD,
The excellency of our God.
Strengthen the weak hands,
And make firm the feeble knees.
Say to those who are fearful-hearted,
"Be strong, do not fear!
Behold, your God will come with vengeance,
With the recompense of God;
He will come and save you."
Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened,
And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
Then the lame shall leap like a deer,
And the tongue of the dumb sing.
For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness,
And streams in the desert.
The parched ground shall become a pool,
And the thirsty land springs of water;
In the habitation of jackals, where each lay,
There shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
A highway shall be there, and a road,
And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness.
The unclean shall not pass over it,
But it shall be for others.
Whoever walks the road, although a fool,
Shall not go astray.
No lion shall be there,
Nor shall any ravenous beast go up on it;
It shall not be found there.
But the redeemed shall walk there,
And the ransomed of the LORD shall return,
And come to Zion with singing,
With everlasting joy on their heads.
They shall obtain joy and gladness,
And sorrow and sighing shall flee away.


An angelic visitation


A few months later in November of 2004 the Lord woke me up one night and told me to pray. As I did angels began filling my room and the entire house. I knew the Lord had sent these angels to impart vision and as I basked in the glory of their presence, I heard the Lord say ‘raise up the tent of meeting.’ I now knew what this meant. It was a place where God’s people could come and Seek His face, dwell in His Presence, drink from His River and find Healing and Restoration, as well as intercede before Him for the salvation and healing of the nations.

An open doorway


A few days later, the Lord caused me to travail deeply, weeping for the presence of God. As I did a vision began to open up before me. I saw the presence of God waiting in heaven. I felt every piece of me longing for Him. I saw a doorway. I knew that God wanted to visit us through the open door but He seemed to be waiting. I knew He was waiting for us to cleanse our hearts so that His holiness would draw in His presence and I sensed the need for brokenness and humility…

On the 5th January 2005, we held the first Tent of Meeting in Wembley, Perth. As we did these prophetic worship meetings we saw the Glory manifest over people’s lives. It wasn’t like the worship services that we had hosted in the past, most people just sat, cried or prayed during the worship. It was as if they were compelled to sit under the River that was refreshing them, just like the promises God gave me in the vision of the Harp of David and Isaiah 35. From that point we started to see healing and miracles take place in people’s lives whether spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and even financial.

 

Prosperity Anointing

Prosperity Angels

In the middle of the night on 23/9/02, I awoke to the Holy Spirit saying,’ I have given you a prosperity anointing’. I said to the Lord ‘I don’t know what that is, but I’d certainly need some supernatural finances (as I needed money at that point).’ So I thought for a while and remembered the bible story about Elisha who got Elijah’s mantle and tested its power by hitting the water at the river and saw the anointing in action. So I asked the Lord, ‘If you have really given me this anointing, then send me prosperity angels and command them to raise up for me the finances I need.’ I prayed for five minutes and then a sensed a band of angels enter into my room. When this happened I knew it was the Lord speaking to me and not my imagination. Having prayed some more I asked the Lord to command them concerning my financial need and then I sensed them leave again. The next morning we visited a local church. I sat in the front pew and as the pastor welcomed everyone I sensed those same angels return. I jabbed my friend next to me and asked him if sensed the angels behind me. He said he sensed something behind me. I then thought to myself ‘I wonder what God is going to do this morning.’ All of a sudden the pastor of the church fixed his eyes upon me and called me up the front of the church. He prophesied over me and then felt led to take up an offering for us from amongst the people. Amazingly, the whole church formed a line and began putting money into my lap. We were blessed that day by God’s supernatural provision.

Since that time we have lived by faith and seen God provide many financial miracles and breakthroughs.

These miracles have not only happened in our lives but in the lives of those who partner and sow into our ministry. Here is one such story:

Six pots

I was in prayer about our finances and the Lord said to me, "Gather together six pots (these were the seven partners who God has assigned to stand with us) and tell them to financially partner with you and I will fill them." As a result of this promise, when the few people starting giving (which happened in January 2005), within about 3-4 months each of them were blessed with their own houses... (each were given large deposits to purchase homes). One couple was given a car. Some of the others were also blessed with significant pay rises (1 pay doubled) and promotions.

Since then some of the same people have been blessed with incredible financial breakthroughs. Once whilst preaching in one of our meetings I saw a mantle for wealth fall out of heaven onto one of the ladies in our team. I told her what I had seen and said 'whatever you and your husband have desired to do regarding business, step out and do it because God is with you'. Within a short space of time God gave them a business opportunity of a lifetime. God blessed them to buy an established business with excellent profits with a 100% deposit free business loan. Since then the business has been increasing 30% every year. They have become one of our biggest supporters. Glory to God!
