David & Cate Williams are the Senior Ministers of Forerunner Ministries. Together they serve a growing number of ministries including Forerunner, Charisma Bible College-Kenya, Burn 24/7-Perth and Burn 24/7-Cape Town United-South Africa.

The present move of God has brought David into a deeper understanding of the ways of the Kingdom of God -

“If we could understand the spiritual realities to walking with God then we could open up tremendous opportunity for seeing miracles and heaven released into the earth. When we understand the rules that govern spiritual realities and the rules that God has prescribed to govern our lives we can live victoriously through any circumstance and see the miraculous become an everyday encounter.”

David has taken on this theme for his life and ministry and as a consequence has seen many powerful miracles and encounters with God. Having taken him through the school of hard knocks, God has uniquely graced David with a miracle anointing that has brought deliverance and healing into people’s lives. This anointing has been especially powerful in the area of supernatural provision, debt cancellation and financial breakthroughs even within the poorest communities in the world. David teaches how to walk in the Spirit so as to live from Kingdom realities.

Cate, together with David, are Senior Ministers at Forerunner Ministries.   Cate was called to the worship ministry when she was 19 and is one of FMI's worship leaders, leading worship at conferences locally and around the world.  She oversees FMI's Prayer & Worship House, spearheads the BURN 24-7 regionally and is Conference Director for all international and local ministry events.  Cate is passionate about pouring her life out in lavish worship on God and equally as passionate about leading her generation into encounter with the Presence of God, rebuilding the 'tabernacle of David'.  She has released 2 CD's and is currently working on a solo album to be released early 2012.
